On cask at the Greyfriars Perth.
Appearance - a slightly murky amber. Good head.
Nose - toffee and malt some biscuits too.
Taste - toffee nuts and biscuits but slightly astringent.
Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish which is actually a little astringent
Overall - solid and drinkable but not moreish. SaintMatty (7300) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 26, 2014
Cask (Guildford Arms, Edinburgh) - Amber in colour. Sultanas, peach and malt in the aroma. Malty and fruity taste with dried apricot, sultanas and caramel detected. JohnRMurdoch (4830) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - APR 23, 2014
Cask @ a Paisley Beer Festival. Orange brown, reasonable head. Grain resin malt aroma. Oaty caramel flavour. Bitter aftertaste. More a bitter than an amber ale and not very good.

On cask. Poured a bit of an orange color, nice foamy head yielding good lacing. Aroma of fruits, some grains. Flavor followed but mixed in some earthy bitter hops. Body was moderate. cgarvieuk (24230) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 9, 2013
