dynamiteninja (1872) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAR 19, 2011
Cask. The Last Plantagenet (JDW), Leicester. Medium off-white head. Copper body. Caramel, toffee, grass, malt, biscuit, wet wheat bread, tomato ketchup. Bittersweet. Dry finish.

sm89walt (2073) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAR 15, 2011
Cask - The Bell Hotel (JDW), Norwich. Poured with a small though lasting creamy white head leaving a solid lace atop a clear amber body. Caramel, some biscuit, honey and a light & dry English hop aroma. Malt-forward on the tongue - biscuity and toasty with a slightly herbal hop in there too. Light to medium body, quite soft on the palate with a relatively lingery dryish end. Not a bad ESB.

evergreen0199 (3441) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2011
Cask at Wetherspoons Rickmansworth, Herts. Dark amber coloured pour with a medium white head. Fruity, malty aroma. Tastes malty, fruity, caramel, slight sweetness. Easy drinking session beer from Mordue.

FatPhil (16635) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 5, 2011
Cask (Windmill, Wetherspoons, Stansted Airport)
6 Simple sweet malty aroma, alas sparkled.
4- Rich orange, sparkler head.
7+ Fruity malty retronasals, some coconut. Taste rich and malt, some treacle, very malty.
4 Very soft palate, carbonation pleasant. Finish sweet and malty.
13+ Solid bitter. A little more dull than a classic we had a few years ago, but still never a bad choice.

Half, cask at Stockbridge Tap. Crystal clear, dark amber body. Thin ring around the rim of the glass leaving fragile lacing behind. Smell of plain sweet malts. Toffee malts in flavour followed by a decent, dry bitter ending. Medium bodied (Edinburgh, 28.11.2010).
