3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a beautiful copper color with a small white head. Smelled predominately of sweet malt with some fruity elements. Tasted very sweet and fruity with some taste I can’t quite remember. the finish brought on some nice fruity floral hop notes that left a crisp lingering finish on the palate. I have had only one other Vienna style beer, but I thought this one was very simple but well executed.
Sampled at the 2012 Heritage Festival. It poured a copper color with a small white head. The aroma was of malt with some mild fruity notes. The taste was fruity with some floral hop notes. A decent Vienna. baraciisch (3438) - California, USA - SEP 28, 2010
Light tan orange color... Aroma of biscuits, toffee, malts... Flavor is more toffee, biscuits, kind of creamy, light and crisp body... Nice beer cazort (568) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 7, 2008
(On tap) Bland for a Vienna. This seems to fit the style somewhat, but everything about it is rather subdued: only a hint of hops, the malt is weak, the body is weak, and the carbonation is weak, leaving it almost flat. Too sweet. There are many beers of this style that far exceed the quality of this one, but I still think it’s better than a lot of macros. Grainy malt nose, with a light hint of grassy hops. Buttery malty palate, borderlines on being infected. Slightly bittersweet, with a grainy malt texture, light hints of caramel and toffee. Not very impressive.

Draught at Morgan St. Pours clear orange with a small, frothy, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, cereal), light hops (grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of pear. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Dogbrick (14290) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 2, 2008
Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates slowly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Bready malt and hops in the nose. Light-bodied and moderately hoppy with some grainy malt and caramel in the background. The finish is on the hoppy side with lightly toasted malt aftertaste. Just average overall. prosqtor (408) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 7, 2008
From the brewery on 12/4/07. I liked this one the best of the samples I had, and I had more than one full-size after dinner with my companion! Much like the Altbier but with slightly more carbonation and more hops. Very drinkable. BOBANDDOUG (61) - Belleville, Illinois, USA - DEC 16, 2007
Part of a sample bunch, prior to the Packers/Rams game ( GO PACK!)
Golden in color, decent, light caramel/toffee aroma .
Finishes with a slight hint of malt. All in all, very light, not too impressive, but, not too bad.

Draft at the brewpub. Golden amber with a pretty big foam head. Light caramel aroma. Nice well-balanced crisp brew --- light caramel malt, bitter apple, easily quaffable and good. I had more than one. (#3020, 7/14/2007)
