UPDATED: MAY 13, 2017 Flesje@ café Ibiza. Roodbruine kleur. Goede kraag. Ruikt wrang fruitig. Smaakt bitterzoet, kruidig als schenkstroop, niet echt lekker, bitterzure afdronk

MarkoNm (2740) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - MAY 7, 2017
Pours a clear amber color, topped with a medium small just slightly off-white head. Mild malty nose with some biscuits. Sweet and caramel like. Slight final bitterness. Light body.

Bottle good to get in Barcelona. One demencional beer. Not really exiting.

cervmagpt (835) - PORTUGAL - APR 11, 2017
On tap @ Moritz BCN. Medium diacetyl aroma, mixed with a medium biscuity, slight toffee malt aroma. Ambar body with a ivory head. Flavor similar to the aroma with slight diacetyl notes and toffee. Medium-low bitterness with a semi-sweet dry finish.

Cunningham (7946) - Halden, NORWAY - MAR 26, 2017
Caramel golden color with a fine head. Some lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Nice malt profile, not to sweet as these often are. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Absolutely drinkable.
[Bottle at Humlekyllingene - March meeting 17]

flemmingwillum (1206) - Nysted, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2017

Alkoholsötma känns i smaken.

BeerViking (4781) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 15, 2017
Can from a Barcelona minimarket, pours dark amber with a thin head, distant lemon and toast on the nose along with a touch of drying alcohol, burnt and lightly bitter caramel on the palate, a little earthy twigginess, fairly one-dimensional but pleasant enough.

BlackHaddock (7326) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JAN 28, 2017
33cl bottle in my Barcelona hotel room on the evening of 18th Jan 2017. Clear amber pour, white crown on top. Malty from start to finish with my sweet tooth picking up both caramel and toffee in the nose and taste. OK if you prefer beers with a sweet malty base like I often do.

Stew41 (2025) - Phuket, THAILAND - DEC 8, 2016
Not bad.....a simple sweeter style, not terribly sophisticated style but pleasant enough ahead of an 8hr flight. Really a beer from yesterday (or at least 10 years ago) where strong ales were simple and one-dimensional.
