0.5 l bottle @ some place in the center of Bochum (April 23, 2017). Appearance is obviously amber, clear and with a nice head. Taste is quite malty and sweetish. Similar to Altbier but without the floral overtones of the top fermenting yeast. Bottom fermented beers are not very complicated. Zlotta (3978) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - FEB 12, 2017
0.33 l bottle, best before July 2017, free gift from local ’REWE’. Clear, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly grassy aroma of caramel, honey and straw. Sweetish-malty, slightly grassy and a little fruity taste of caramel, straw, grains and honey, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite grassy and a bit metallic finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay! ischas (820) - - JAN 16, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 16, 2017 0,33 l Bügelflasche. Aroma: malzig, Karamell, dunkle Schokolade. Hopverdju (1573) - BELGIUM - NOV 28, 2016

Bottle, courtesy of Hermann. Deep rich amber gold colour. Sweet bready malt, hint of caramel. Spicy hop, modest, not very bitter. Lovely to drink, well made if not the most challenging. Alberello (17) - Bavaria, GERMANY - JUL 23, 2016
Pours in a nice amber colour, has aromas of bread and caramel, tastes and feels rather smooth, not particularly interesting. This beer does nothing wrong, but it doesn’t offer more than that. King_Alex_II (1227) - SWITZERLAND - MAR 11, 2016
Clear orange copper caramel colored beer with foam layer. Sweet malty nose. The taste is caramel sweet with a malty body and has a fine but present carbonation. It is comparable to a bock beer (with less abv). Calm sweetish aftertaste. madmitch76 (25817) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2015
