Bottle courtesy of MoritzF, many thanks! Clear and deep golden color with creamy and fine-bubbled white head that dissolves into a thin white layer. Aroma is earthy-herbal hops and light biscuity malts. Taste is the same, but with a hint of an underlying sweetness. Carbonation is average, but still, the beer feels quite crisp. Bitter finish with a hint of metal, but it fits. Best German Pils I’ve ever had.

Flasche gekauft bei Hopfen & Malz in Berlin. Gelb, klar mit sehr schönem langanhaltenden Schaum. Klarer Hopfengeruch. Geschmack: Hopfen, bitter, würzig, etwas Süße

Pours a bright golden color, with a huge, froth head. Smells of slightly skunky wheat, mingling into herbal, white bread accompanied malts. Hops offer a wet leaf quality, while the malts remain pleasantly on par. Has a higher, bubbly carbonation, with a nice, soft mouthfeel. Its body is light and refreshing, with a crisp hoppiness providing enough depth during the clean finish. Tastes of bready malts, a hint of toffee, which opens up the palate to fresh cut grass, straw and garden herbs. The beer’s hop profile also creates a crisp dryness, perfectly balanced by doughy malts, revealing a mellow white bread quality. Finishes truly clean, dry with soft wheat and a coppery note. Perfect, classic example for a well made Pilsener. Everything synergizes flawlessly, complimenting the herbal hops, while maintaining a great drinkability among a refreshing crispness.

0.5 l bottle shared with Marko, thanks! Pale clear golden, lots of bubbles, small diminishing white head. Malty, grass, dry herbs. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. Malty. Light dry hoppy finish. Not bad.

Thanks to Beštak who brought it from Bochum! Pale golden body with a small white head. Pleasant style-typical aroma, herbal hops, vaguely citric and metallic, nice note of honey. Nice dry pils, bready with a good herbal-citric hoppy note, solid bitterness for the style. Slightly eggy. nothing off about it. Silky mouthfeel countered by a good bitter note. A very, very well executed pils!

Really nice Pilsener

Nase: florale Hopfenaromen; Geschmack: Grass, Kräuter, Hefe, leichte Malzsüße, anhaltend herber Abgang Aroma: floral ;Taste: grassy, herbs, yeast, sweet malt, in the end lasting bitterness

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2015 Golden clear color. Malty nose. The character is strong and malty, a little over carbonated and a little tart. Solid beer but not my favorite. A little more hops and bitterness would not have hurt and it is quite sweet.
