Dark blond color with generous creamy head. Ordinary pils, with some light malt character and very mild grassy hop. Some paper.
Simple but not bad.
Tap at Feige’s Stammhaus, Bochum, 27/04/13.
Clear mid golden with a frothy white head that retains well.
Nose is pale malts, grass, light caramel, sugars.
Taste comprises light citrus, grass, caramel, mineral notes.
Medium bodied with fine carbonation.
Drinkable pils - a little on the boring side. harrisoni (19348) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 13, 2010
500ml bottle from Erzengel. Pale gold, clear, thick white head. Decent lemony hop with some yeast on the aroma too . Just a little bit of metal too. Quite full in the mouth which is pleasant. OK lemon hop on finish and some carbonation sting. Its fine if a little metallic and thin. Oakes (18873) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 11, 2007
Fairly rich golden colour. Sparkly. Fairly hoppy nose (heavy mossiness) with hints of seabreeze in the pale malt backbone. Rich hop palate with a firm backing malt note. One of the better pilsners for me this year. rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2014

Golden color, good white head. Buttery and herbal hoppy nose. Good woody hoppy and malty flavor, medium-bodied. Very nice late cut grass bitterness with buttery notes. Hoppyness continues in the long aftertaste. Praised here with reason, excellent clean brew with nice balanced malt and hop profile. Solid inheritor of Pilsner Urquell.
Bottle. An almost golden beer with a small, dense white head leaving some lacings. The aroma started with cooked vegetables. Then some apple and peach comes through, as well as a good dash of grains. It’s bready and malty in the mouth, with a nice bitterness. Good carbonation and medium fullness. Bready, fruity and pleasantly bitter finish. There’s something strange about this beer, maybe some butterscotch. I didn’t care too much for the aroma, but it’s quite drinkable, and don’t taste bad. Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Lovely fresh straw, grass and bread. Dry, quenching bitter finish. Very good! BB 06/16. MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 26, 2008
Bottle, 4.9%. Nicely citric and malty aroma. Clear golden colour. Nice, stable white head. The flavour has OK malt and a distinct bitterness which gets rough. Quite clean and probably a good session beer once one gets used to its roughness. imdownthepub (15334) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2007
Bottled, flip top, 500ml, courtesy of Der Doppelbock (Sebastian). Pale gold with white head. This is a Pils with a little character, quite lemony and hoppy with also a sweetish cereal note. Soft with a vague hint of vanilla, toffee. Nice crisp finish. Reasonable.
