Idiosynkrasie (7726) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 14, 2015
330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Grainy and strawy aroma, a cautious, minimally sweet-ish, cereal and caramel touch. Taste is strawy, grassy hoppy, some pale malt spiciness. Rather ordinary Pilsener.

bottled, thanks pivnizub. rich shade of golden with a lasting head. pleasant grassy aroma, buttery texture and appreciable bitterness, classy stuf

Flip-top 500ml bottle: BBD 22nd Oct 2017. Drank at home on 18th May 2017. Pleasant, easy going Pilsner with a soft and mild nature: usual Pilsner looks, clear and clean pale golden in colour with a fast fading snow white head. Light floral nose and a slight malty taste balanced by a mini hop bitterness. One of the best German Pilsners I have had.

On tap at Foerstiger Feine Bier in Berlin. Fruity and floral smell with some pale bread. Similar taste. Clean and very drinkable.

A Mes rate: Bottle from where, I remember not. Typically privat for me. Corn, cereal, cardboard, decnt hops and some German malt. Pleasant as the malt and hops are they don’t really hide the lack of character elsewhere. Bitter hop finish. Drinkable but nothing much more.

To drink and enjoy this beer, you really need to be a fan of very bitter beers. This beer is really bitter, but comes down with a great and fair portion of honesty and pureness. Citrus aroma, best to be drunk really chilled.

0,5 l swing top bottle. Similar to pilsners from northern Germany as it gives you some bitterness. Colour is light golden, head is white and stable. And taste is citrus, bitter. For fans and friends of tougher pilsners. Kills your thirst for sure but nothing for a cold winter night.

Bottle 50cl kindly shared by Calisky. A clear yellow beer with medium head. Nose is on vegetable and sweet grain. Aroma is on dry cereals, bit metallic, grassy hops, wet paper, corn sugar, good bitterness. Finish is on dry malt, grassy hops, intense bitterness.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, foam disappears very fast. Tastes modest sourish, somehow moldy. An average pilsener.
