Pours a copper robe topped by a vivid white head. The nose is skunky but lets through some floral hints and a touch of honey or toffee. The taste is balanced but offers a tiny bit too much bitterness from thet malts for my taste. Good english ale.

Bottle, pours reddish brown, light tan head. Included in monthly beer club. Just a good tasting enjoyable beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Classic, if not famous bitter since 1979. Thin head, amber colour, well-balanced aroma and taste of caramelly and nutty malts, apple, grapefruit and peppery hops, thin mouthfeel as usual in this style but enough body thanks to the long, hop bitter finish.

Malty aroma with hop hints. Amber colour with ok head. Nice lightly malted and well hopped. Medium to heavy body with medium carbonation.

Tap. Small fast head, some lace, clear amber. Very yeasty aroma. Malty, muddy, woody ale. Maybe too yeasty palate. Well balanced though.

Pours with a small, soft head. Could use a tad bit more carbonation. Pours reddish. Malt and slight sugar odors. Tastes just what you'd expect from an English beer. A bit sweet. Revere Stryker dog!

Noe søtlig duft. Tykt kremet skum. Fin gyllen farge. God fruktig smak som sitter. Lettdrukket.
