12oz. glass bottle. While it was a bit disconcerting at first to see a beer besides that horrible Corona swill bottled in clear glass (doesn’t protect the beer at all), this beer was light years ahead of my initial impression. This ruby red brew has a wonderfully smooth flavor and finishes crisply. Not an extremely complex beer, but great nonetheless.

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into mug. Appearance: Clear copper colour, with nice medium head. Aroma: Malt, metallic, hint of yeast, toffee. Palate: Medium body; gentle carbonation. Taste: Malt, yeast, bread, hops, caramel aftertaste. Overall impression: Gentle aroma, very tasty, well-balanced.

33cl can on a BA flight. Pours crisp amber with high but quickly fading white foam, very fine. Aroma is caramel and toffee. Body is somehow light, but surprisingly with some stickiness. Taste is moderate sweet, and with good old-school bitterness. Finish is relatively long and with some more bitterness. Pleasant.

Shared with lovely Anja and Marko. Thanks! Clear light amber, small off-white head. Mostly malty, toasty, dusty, light dried fruits. Balanced, lightly dry with some fruity notes. Light body, soft carbonation, moderate finish. Acceptable.
