UPDATED: FEB 19, 2018 $20一枝,在一田超市買的。聞不到特別的香氣,但顏色是討人喜歡清澈而色澤偏淡的古銅色,倒進杯中,有頗

Drank two bottles of this on New Year's Eve. It was actually not too bad. Inoffensive and neutral with some caramel and biscuit notes. I'd drink this again for free. For sure.

drjoeng (1481) - SINGAPORE - DEC 28, 2017
5%ABV. Strong bitter. Poured out deep amber. 14ºSRM. Nose has burnt sugar and fresh water chestnuts, candied yams and sweet roasted root vegetables. Mouthfeel is beery and watery. Palate has a sweet herbal quality, also reminiscent of roasted tea and burnt rice tea with pine nuts. Hops are right at the end and noble and just there to provide some balance. Finish is beery.

This is my safe beer, never disappoints, maybe a bit too gas, but dark and very fresh.
