It’s “light orange-tinted amber in colour” and features the stone fruit aromas – peach and apricots – you’d expect from a beer given generous late kettle additions of Citra, Simcoe and Centennial hops. An initially sweet malty palate opens up to a fruity mid-palate flavour and an evermore prominent bitterness.

Pours a hazy Orange amber. Aroma of stone fruit and malt. Nice sweet malty flavour balanced with a fruity hop taste. Goes down very easy with a nice bitter finish. Very easy drinking ipa and a little different to the norm. More malt flavours and aromas coming through ( the malt flavour reminds me of an amber ale ) and hop flavours that aren't the traditional citrus/pine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ticks all the boxes for me, excellent IPA. My top 5 aussie IPA’s. Keep up the good work.

330ml bottle from Gladstone Park Hotel, Melbourne Hazy dark dank amber with OK head - hop/yeast particulates. Aroma is slight pine/grapefruit. Medium bitterness with malty back and resinous finish. OK.

330ml can @ Chez Sophie. Pours hazy amber, good off-white head. Aroma has big fruity orange. Taste continues with ostensible crystal malt and big fruity orange, caramel and apricot hoppage. Some grapefruit bitterness. Decent IPA.

Herbal aroma with some stonefruit. Taste goes from tangy to proper bitterness. Quite complex palate starting with mild citrus followed by faint stonefruit notes. Finishes with herbs and spicy earthiness. One of the better Aussie IPA’s.

Pours hazy orange with two fingers of white head. Aroma of pine, orange marmalade, light grapefruit, citrus. Taste is rich blood orange bitter up front followed by a light sweetness before a lingering light bitter finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.

Surprisingly pleasant IPA that ticked all the boxes without getting uppity. I'd buy it again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a can. Deep orange pour. Deliciously fruity nose. Plenty of hops and a great balance with enough bitterness and malt under all the hops and stone fruit and pine flavours. Solid body. Great drinking.

330 ML can Darker orange amber color. nice light tan head, excellent head retention and lacing. nose is herbal and spicy. Soft notes of stonefruit. taste is straight up pine and grapefruit bomb. Very dank. Massive bitterness to the point of aspirin like Taste. Bigger then the 6.2% indicates though. Feel is full of oil and resin. Very slick. Undercuts of caramel and stonefruit. Big grapefruit bitterness. If it were a bit leaner it would be sensational. One of the better IPA’s made here.

330mL can, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, lots of oranges, and earthy notes. Flavour brings out herbal and spicy hops, juicy citrus notes, and earthiness. Fairy dry with a low residual sweetness. Ordinary but decently done IPA.
