COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mornington Peninsula Pale is an American-style Pale Ale, at 4.7% ABV. Pouring a cloudy golden yellow with a tightly packed white head, our Pale has both passionfruit and citrus aromas, showcasing the American hops added late in the brewing process. A light smooth palate, aided by the generous addition of wheat malts, moderate bitterness and carbonation make for a flavoursome and sessional ale.

Schooner on tap in a long glass at Beer Deluxe, Sydney. Appearance: Golden yellow (much like the branding), capped with a creamy head. Only laced at the beginning. Taste: Follows the aromas of pale grainy malt and light tropical fruits. Flavours open up as it warms. Medium bitterness. Not the best finish. Mouthfeel: Solid body and average carbonation. Overall: Not memorable. I hoped for more with the 72 overall Rate Beer rating. Was $5.

OT’ers of the Year tasting with Richthevillan. Can from Stirchley Wines and shared with Rich. Golden beer with medium head. Aroma of pale malts and some hops. Taste is dry malt, almost lager like and some bittering hops. Disappointing.

macca147 (832) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 26, 2017
Can. 330ml. Pours a straw golden colour with a lingering white head. Aroma: very mild passionfruit and tropical fruit aromas. Taste: mild passionfruit, pine, citrus flavours. Lightly bitter, thin feel, and reasonably dominant carbonation. A good and refreshing brew, that is perfect as a session beer. Not strong flavoured or particularly interesting, but still an enjoyable beer.

Clear straw yellow color, off white head. fades quick to a collar. Some spotty lacing. Nose is very neutral. Mostly grain notes with this. Light pine bitterness with a lot of cereal notes. Clean and crisp until the finish when the hops kick in. Mostly straight bitterness. Light bodied and crisp. Very clean but very neutral.
