Keg at Cookie, Melbourne, Victoria. Cloudy yellow/straw colour, mid sized head. Generous aroma of fresh tangerine and lychee. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Pours straw with a quickly fading head.
Nose shows doughy wheat, coriander, banana, spicy phenols and herbal hops. Enticing.
Flavours don’t quite back it up. Doughy wheat, grainy malt, spicy Belgian notes and sharp herbal and spicy hops that seem out of place without supporting malt.
Feels a bit highly carbonated.

12-Apr-12 (Mrs Parma-on Tap)- After waiting this to warm to drinking temperature. Light citrus grass aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, nice head and sheet ringlet lacing. On tap at BeerDeLuxe. Very interesting experiment, with great mouthfeel. Aromas of citrus, grass. and caramel. Taste is sweet, with bitter and sour notes, and long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Pale cloudy, with a frothy head.
