Comes to the table a slightly hazy pale golden color with a rocky off white head that slowly dissipates. Smells of apricots and peaches mostly with maybe a hint of earthy spicy yeast. Light sweet fruit flavor, peaches mild cherries and apricots come to mind with a bit of earthy yeast in there as well. This smells and tastes nice with lots of light fruit, but I find it hard trying to figure what this beer is trying to be. It’s not really what I am expecting when I have a wit or a lambic. Tasty but odd. brugmanneke (283) - GERMANY - AUG 14, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 (tap) Golden-yellow colour, hazy, with a rocky white head. White peaches, lemon, a hint of vanilla, apricots. Finish tastes more like a typical belgian wit. Light to medium sourness, light bitterness. Matches the fruity aroma well, great for summer, refreshing. Medium to lively carbonation, average finish, crisp. BHeart (72) - - AUG 6, 2012
Don't pay attn to rating- only wanted to attach a comment months after drinking this. As tropical fruity as it gets, almost like bubblegum. Very different, not exactly my thing but glad to have tried it and good for those who like sweet and fruity.

Dark, hazy yellow colour. Perfumey aroma with sweet candy and bubblegum. Flavour has some burnt sugar and fruit (strawberry). Very sweet but has a nice stickyness to match.

on tap-pours hazy yellow with a retaining thin white head with trailing lace. Aroma is light malt-butterscotch/caramel. Taste is light malt-butterscotch/caramel, oak. Interesting take on the style. PorterPounder (7894) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUN 20, 2012
Tallahassee, Fl, Fermentation Market/Cider Lodge - on tap. Interesting take on a wit - in fact they labeled it as a Lambic! Medium gold pour, slightly murky, off-white steady head with generous lacing. Aroma has some fresh pear accents, a bit of saffron-like spiciness. Flavor has a heavy presence of lemon with some sweet cake mix to balance out the sourness. Nice subtle sourness permeates throughout, mouthfeel is nice and dry with a nice spritz to it. Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Fruity aroma, peach, orange peel, spicy, light apple and banana. In the mouth the banana comes out more prominent. Banana milkshake flavour, light green banana, quite sweet, hints of banana candy.

Would have expected sour notes to be coming through a bit more. Quite special, but rather too sweet for my palate.

Tap. Pours cloudy golden, small white head, excellent lacing. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with notes of yeast and wheat. Slightly sweet fruity flavor dominated by apple, Belgian yeast, and wheat. Light bodied and creamy on the palate. Overall a nice easy drinking beer; better in my opinion than its rating. BelgBeerGeek (1308) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - MAY 4, 2012
Head: hue, white, foamy/creamy
Smell: banana, peach, vanilla, creamy, lemony
Taste: start is vanilla, caramel, buttermilk, banana milkshake, very slight bitterness, pudding, zero acidity, is this a dessert or a beer ? very weird ...
