On tap at Gingerman after we had plowed through all of the Mikkeller single hop series over at Rattle N Hum. Joey or his friend got this one I think, as Andy and I were ambitiously working our way through a pair of whisky flights. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Lemon, light wheat. Very faint acid, lemon and wheat. Toast, warm wheat, crisp wheat on the finish. troopie (2435) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - JUL 9, 2011
Called a white lambic. Pale yellow pour with medium white head. Aroma is peaches, and wheat. I like peaches. Light bodied, light fruity flavour. Light fruity finish. A serviceable hot weather beer. 77ships (11002) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUN 27, 2011

Weekend 2011 as Mort Subite Witte Lambic: hazy yellow with a quickly disappearing white head, smells like sweet peaches, minor tart with definite presence of sugar, nice but a bit random, lots of wheat in the taste, slightly tart wheat, malt, some fruitiness but way less than in the taste, dry upfront, some limbic elements in the aftertaste, sweet upfront, very light sourness in the aftertaste, light body with a surprising amount of carbonation, odd but interesting
Tap @ Mort Subite, Brussels.Travlr (26065) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 22, 2011
Pours hazy yellow with a lovely, staying, creamy, white head. Good lacings. Aroma has lemon, wheat, green apples and orange peel zest. Yum. Medium carbonation, fine light grainy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of pleasant wheat, citrus, grainy, doughy malts and mild coriander. Very fresh and very drinkable wit.
Draught at den Heeren van Liedekiercke. Bright hazy yellow color, medium white coca cola head. Aroma of straw and stone fruit. Taste is smooth sour with grapefruit rind and white pepper. Very nice.

On draft @ Sunset Grill and Tap. Hazy straw yellow. Thin white head laced all the way down. Nose of wheat and a fruit berry. Easy to drink, no bitterness, no acid. A light fruit finish (taste like black berry) The yeast and fruit gives this very unique flavor. I would drink again. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - APR 19, 2011
A: The pour is a hazed pale straw color with a massive head. It quickly dies down and leaves lots of sticky lacing.
S: Smells really interesting. Lots of peaches and pears as well. Definitely some wheat and a grassy and musty funkiness. A touch of sugar and sweetness, too.
T: Like the nose, tons of peach character. Like a peach nectar/juice drink, and is somewhat sweet. Wet grass and hay, as well as a dry, tannic oak giving the beer its minimal funk.
M: Light to medium in body with a rather high level of carbonation.
O: A really, really strange beer. It was nice to try, but not terribly interested in having this again. Miksu (5052) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - APR 17, 2011
Draught (as Witte Lambic) at Tuulensuu, Tampere. Golden color. Sweet perfumed aroma with orange and candy. More perfumed and flowery orange and candy in the flavor. The taste is initially sweet with dry finish. Rounded, a bit sugary palate. Hint of lambic notes in finish. Ok summer drink, could be dryer. JohnnyJ (5569) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 9, 2011
On tap at PP Carlsbad. Cloudy yellow pour, white head. Sweet wheat malt, peach bubblegum, very very floral... like perfume. Strange beer, I guess it’s okay. Strykzone (7620) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - APR 8, 2011
Draft at Global Brew. Proper glassware, small 8 oz. or so serving. Clear light golden with very little head. Aroma of tangerine but the flavor was full of apples with tangerine secondary. Just a bit of wheat. Very light drinking and pleasant.
