Pours an amber color with a white head. The flavor is mildly tart and lactic, but it’s also very sweet. Tons of candy sugar, a bit of grass, and some mild oak. Surprising amounts of lambic flavor to this, too. A bit of lemon and tartness, mild grass, some oak, and very mild funk. Still, it does have a lot of sugar and sweetness to it, as with any faro.
Draft - Grape and lemon rind funk with some sweetness, Clearish gold with a nice hits head. Touch of sour and sweet with some decent grain notes. Nice clean finish, solid. SinH4 (4794) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - FEB 3, 2017
Tap at À la Mort Subite. Aroma is candied sugar, caramel, fudge. Taste is sugary, caramel, metallic, just a touch of Lambic left. Medium carbonation. Useful to get a Faro tick, but not more I guess. MrW (667) - Mechelen, BELGIUM - JAN 30, 2017
