Just discovered Geueze beers. This was from a cork topped bottle. Pours apple juice bronze, little ring of persistent lace around the outside. Appetizing subtle smell, fresh squashed apple, slight vinegar. Tastes of fresh apple juice mixed with acidic Cava wine, very refreshing, fizzes on the tongue, then quickly goes to leave a clean tongue ready for a new flavour . Great as an appetiser before a meal, or with tomato pasta.

Bottle. Pours a clear, brown color, with a big, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is caramel, syrup, white wine, and pine. Cloyingly sweet, and almost no sour flavor. Light body, acidic and syrupy. This is a mediocre lambic, at best. Cloying and unpleasant.

Backlog, Bardzo przeciętne gueze. W aromacie jeszcze coś fajnego czuć, ale finisz i smak dają dużo do życzenia

Old as hell. Brown, hazy. Yeast in aroma, cloth, shit. Taste is flat, yeast, wine. Not real rating because of its age.

Do love Gueuze, so this one caters to my taste. Yet among its peers this is not the best of its kind. Not bad at all, just not as elaborate as some others are. The typical Gueuze sour taste and fermentation is there, just not as intense as it could be.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2017 I'm not sure whether I like this type of beer, its a bit sweet but also really sour. Nice color though!

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2017 Donkerblond, licht amberkleurig bier. Fijne witte schuimkraag. Licht vineus aroma. Te zoet voor een gueuze. Caramel, suiker, plakkerig. Niet mijn ding.

Much sweeter than a typical geuze. Drank it in Belgium where strangely the bottle was. It served along side. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

37,5cl Champagner Flasche. Strohlgelb und trüb, wenig Schaum. Süss-saures Aroma und Geschmack. Recht fruchtig.
