Nice entry level geuze! Not too sour and with a lovely taste palette. I usually buy the 37,5 cl bottle with cork.

Too sweet, cider/champagne like. Slight sourness, but its overwhelmed by the suspicious sweetness.

Drank with Rik and Lennart @Freddys 14-4-2017. Nope, not my kind of sour. Way to sweet.

Unfiltered fresh beer. Clear tones of sour fruits, apple, citrus. Very refreshing and a perfect combine with an apple salad. Serious beer despite the only 4,5%.

March 2017 - 250ml bottle in Brussels as Mort Subite Gueuze Lambic, 4.5%, BB April 2018. Dark matte orange, clear and still, foamy beige head leaves full lacing. Aroma is icing sugar, some spoiled peach, caramel and sugar syrup. Body is light, tingly carbonation and quite smooth. Taste is sugar syrup tinged with lemon juice, some apple, caramel and lemon pudding. Quite sweet but has a crisp finish and enough tartness to make it drinkable. I think 250ml would be my limit though. (3.0)

250ml bottle. Amber with a high head, but with a very poor retention. It does create some lacing. In aroma sour fruits, apples and wild notes. Taste citrus, fruits, green apples, light honey notes. Really drinkable and refreshing.

From 375cl bottle. Pours amber with fine white foam. Aroma is very fruity, plus caramel. Body is light and rather carbonated. Taste is rather sweet, very limited bitterness, and some sourness. Finish is uninteresting.

Aus der Flasche getrunken (Hndlerlieferung). Klares Amber mit schner Karbonisation. Weier, dichter Schaum. Wunderbarer, fruchtiger Verschnitt.

Premessa: sono tuttaltro che un esperto di birre acide. Colore ambrato/arancione, bella schiuma fine. Odore fruttato, acido, vinoso, sapore dolce, fruttato, acido, amaro molto leggero, mela. Molto carbonata. Leggera, si beve facile.

My first encounter with the style, so this is a hundred percent subjective rating. Bottled. Pours clear copper with thick head that disappears quickly. Its aroma is like a sweet champagnes, and it has strong wine-like notes in aroma with sweet, fruity finish. It leaves an interesting, dry and somehow salty mouthfeel that lasts quite long. Lively carbonation with easy body, this combination makes it easily drinakble.
