In bottle at Le Cirio in Brussels. Poured with little or no head. Smells sweet and fruity. Too sweet and too diluted for a lambic. Not complex either. Finishes sweet. Will not drink again.

Premessa: sono tuttaltro che un esperto di birre acide. Colore ambrato/arancione, bella schiuma fine. Odore fruttato, acido, vinoso, sapore dolce, fruttato, acido, amaro molto leggero, mela. Molto carbonata. Leggera, si beve facile.

My first encounter with the style, so this is a hundred percent subjective rating. Bottled. Pours clear copper with thick head that disappears quickly. Its aroma is like a sweet champagnes, and it has strong wine-like notes in aroma with sweet, fruity finish. It leaves an interesting, dry and somehow salty mouthfeel that lasts quite long. Lively carbonation with easy body, this combination makes it easily drinakble.

Bernsteinfarben, klar. Frische weinige, bis apfelartige Noten. Im Antrunk feine perlage. schlanker Krper. Sehr fruchtig, Apfel, Quitte,, Pfirsich. Sehr leckere Geuze.Drfte nach meinem Geschmack auch ruhig ein bisschen suerlicher sein.

250ml bottle. Amber color with good head. Aroma is sour yeast and oaky wood. Initial tartness with followed by fruity notes - grape and apple and a sweet finish. Not what I was expecting from a Lambic.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2016 At the pub. No great complexity, but an agreeable simple lambic. I will not go into any great details because I am offended by their other beers.

25cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Mild fruity aorma with light barnyard notes, sour berries and hints of sugar. Sweet, acidic and rather mild in flavour. Too sweet and mild for my taste, but fair enough.
