A: Copper colored body, large egg-shell white head, spotty lacing.

S: Green apples, a little lemon, hinting at the artificial sweetness to come. Light must and vinegar.

T: Not the worst, but green apples, sugar, and some funk in this gueuze just doesn’t compete with the real deal.

M: Medium to light bodied, assertive carbonation, light sourness.

O: I’ll chalk this up as another learning experience.

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2017 (Never had a gueuze before) .25l bottle poured a brown/golden beer. Head is slightly offwhite and soapy structure. It dissapeared almost instantly. Aroma is quite shallow. Taste is nicely balanced between sour and sweet. Hints of lemon, candy sugar, slight bitter and citrus taste from hop.Mouthfeel is quite thin. Medium to low carbonation. Good summer beer imo.

The sourness has been almost completely taken away. This may be good for people not used to the real geueze.

Golden coloured ale with a nice white head. Aroma: green apple, some vinegar and some fruity notes. Taste: sweet, apple, cardboard, slighted hint of sourness. The aroma is quite nice, but the taste is way too sweet.

Pours clear and golden, nice head. Aroma is malty and sweet, with milk and urine. Taste is caramel, dried fruits, sweet, light acidic, grapefruit. Soft and low carbonation. Overall too sweet, especially for the style.

No aroma, deep amber with a thin with head, light body, medium carbonation, taste is absent without any sour notes...problems with my bottle.

25cl bottle at home. Aroma acid, barnyard, cheese, summery fruits. Pours amber blond, with a quickly fading head. A bit sweet, honey, fruits. Light fizzy, watery, sweet fruits.

Sweet and fruity, perfect for a summers day. Not your typical taste, it's more or less love it or hate it. Taste is similar to a radler beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2017 Bottle from Drinks of the World. Pours clear amber. Aroma is dank, funk, farmhouse, peach. Body is medium, really sweet, peach, soft carbonation, juicy and sticky. Palate is sweet, fruity and long. Not balanced, mostly sweet and sticky. Far from any good lambic style beer. Okay.

Bottle - Touch of funk, apple and grape notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet and soured grains, not too funky or tart.
