@WSF. Opaque burgundy or reddish-brown. Interesting malty aroma, smells almost like a Flemish sour. Lots of grain/malt and husk in the aroma. Sikly low carbonation and soft palate. weekend of Spontaaneous fermentation. Good stuff, some meaty bloody characters, mixed with a nice sour cherry flavour. Some fleshy cherry notes, but nice sour and dry. Quite good balance. Surprisingly good.
On tap @ Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007. Depp red in colour. Very well balanced and complex. Almonds, cherry, fruits and a great dry and tartness.
