Draught @ WSF 2008. Deep burgundy with no head. Sour with cherries, almond, wood and and barnyard notes. Very refreshing. JorisPPattyn (10062) - BELGIUM - MAY 30, 2004
(draught of course)Beautiful hazy cherry-red; no head. Nose of speculoos! And some sweet cherries. Good, sweet, again speculoos-y kriek. With a finish that is just the true sour-cherry bite I want. Great. Dry, fruity, good body. An excellent cherrylambic. Start selling this to the public, morons! tderoeck (10002) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUN 4, 2012

Little cloudy red brown to purple beer, no head. Aroma: lots of cherry candy ("poepkes"), some spices, little sourish, but citric sour. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, cinnamon, cloves, sourness, soft cherry flavours, nothing too sweet, nice tartness. Aftertaste: more spices, fruity cherry and soft citric sourness. Really good stuff.
[3311-20100808] Tap. Rich wood-matured cherries aroma with notes of Belgian yeast. Slightly hazy, dark ruby red body with no lasting head. Muted wood flavour is mostly sour cherry yeast then a few seconds later is a soft cereal finish and lingering aftertaste. Medium-full body is quite sour. Quite tasty, very drinkable.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2006 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm 29 Apr) Colour is deep red, with a thick pink head. Nose is acidic and sour with hints of cherry. Taste is very acidic and harsh with hints of cherries and rhubarb. Too much carbonation leaves a prickly mouthfeel. A nice try at some serious lambic making, but not particularly complex.
2) (Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm 16 May 2006) Colour is dark red, almost ruby, pink foamy head. Nose is fruity and acidic with cherries and hints of almonds. Taste is very acidic, a bit harsh, with a nice cherry taste and hints of almonds. The cask version was slightly better and more complex than the draught version. Good stuff.

(Backlog) at spontaneous fermentation. Rose, dark red pour. Sweet cherry aromas. Sweet and tart, almost jolly rancher like fruit tones, finishes with some tartness. MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 4, 2007
A Mes rate:
Draught. Deep red. berries a plenty. Everything it has it has in abundance. To be honest it’s probably better than my numbers suggest but that’s what was in my notes so thats what gets entered... kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 28, 2011
Tap, DHVL. Pours a flat ruby red body with zero head, looks beautiful and bright. The nose is nicely funky with lots of fresh sweet smelling cherry fruit. The flavor is just lightly tart with minimal acidity. Nicely sweet on the middle, fading to a dry and woody finish. Mouthfeel is fairly flat, but there’s a touch of liveliness to it. Fruity but dry with a slight tannic finish. Very nice starter for my session at DHVL! Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - APR 28, 2014
Draught: Served in Troch shaker
Some pink bubbles on top of a hazy warm and love red colored beer.
Aromas of some smooth red fruit, cinnamon/cherries, cherry skin and some hints of wilder yeast, cheese and wood.
Flavour is good tart/sour with red fruits, light wrang, light acidity, some cherries, some wilder yeast, light dry, yoghurt, some cinnamon/cherries, older malts, some berries, light dusty. Very nice.
Aftertaste is a mix of sours, light red fruit, light hay, yoghurt and berries.
Low carbo, watery mouthfeel, medium to fuller bodied and a watery texture.
Yummi: tart and cherries, what else do you want!
