Bottle with cork 0,375ltr: Hazy golden colored brew with an nicely accessible acidity, good hints of refreshing sour apples. More earthiness make it great, but this is an commercial brewery and this is their best.

Served nicely, pillowy head. Soft peachy sourness. Taste is sharper but still quite accessible and I like the residual sugar too, a good start of the day geuze. In fact I dont get the hate on this beer. Just because its not super sharply sour? (On tap at La Mort Subite Bruxelles)

Note: 7+/10

pours hazy light but bright yellow with a creamy and frothy white head offering good retention and lacing. dusty and chalky kind of sharp lemons - light to medium acidity; some pineapple, linear herbal grassiness - sulphuric, peppery wheat, bit of soap, minerals. moderate carbonation, - slightly lacking; light body; dry, tart and bland citric-herbal finish. tad linear and no funk but a more than decent lemon-driven gueuze.
