Bottle. Aroma is sour plus some hints of citrus. The beer is hazy golden with small head. In taste it is very acidic and tart, also acidic in the finish. Very high carbonation, light body, very dry. Very good gueze, so far the best I drunk.

Restrained tart aroma in a golden pour. Similarly laid back tart taste with a hint of apple juice in the body and a Dryish finish. An excellent example of the style.

Ktwse (5667) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 26, 2017
Pours cloudy golden with low white head. Aroma of ripe apples, green grapes, light grass, citrus and minerals. Taste is initial rich tart, apples and grapes are most prominent, a mild sweetness kicks in towards the finish. Light and crisp body with soft carbonation.

The_Osprey (9670) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 16, 2017
October 2017 - 375ml cork and cage bottle at home in Richmond, post-job interview. As 'Mort Subite Oude Gueuze Lambic', 2013 vintage bottled in Sep 2015, 7%. Opens with a big pop. Dark translucent orange, lightly sparkling, initial head dies to nothing pretty quickly. Aroma is apple juice, some old chewed up bubblegum, some unexpected banana split. Body is light with tingly carbonation. Taste is simple syrup, demerara, some more banana, little sherry oxidation perhaps, some light lemon tartness. Quite a watery flavour. Not very gueuzey. Oh well. (5-3-5-4-12=2.9)

Rami Rami is drinking an Oude Gueuze by Brouwerij Mort Subite at Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre Ej, to jest chyba bez cukru? W kazdym razie dobre, cytrynowo-agrestowe, lekko skorzane, duzo co2, rzeskie, dlugie posmaki, cacy mocno. 2016
Rami Rami: Jeszcze troche skorki jablek takie piwniczne :)
Rami Rami: Jedyny zarzut: taki ostry, rypiacy w usto
Rami Rami: Za 3 ojro w sklepie na rogu, kurde!
Rami Rami: Nie zapisalem sibie: to jest mocno kwasne raczej, chyba bardziej niz cantillon czy 3 fonteinen podstawki

No copo apresentação linda., creme persistente, excelente!

DavidSvinth (371) - DENMARK - AUG 14, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 14, 2017 Flot skum. Lys og ufiltreret. Mild aroma af kælder. Stærkt karboniseret, prikkende på tungen. Let i kroppen. Ok eftersmag.
