3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy, off-white head & patchy lace. The nose has a nice bready, caramel malt profile. Light to medium-bodied and slick with a lightly dry finish. Nutty, biscuity malt up front with an earthy hop finish. Len ("Mo") said that he uses Argentinian Cascades in this one, and they have a completely different flavor profile than American Cascades. This one tastes like a blend of an amber and an ESB; it’s a really nice session brew.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
16 oz draw at the BrewPub. Pour is golden orange with a smaller off white. Aroma of not much, bit of caramel malt, some faint British hops. Taste is really clean, extremely fresh tasting. More biscuity in the flavor, fresh citrus hops (beer used Argentinian Cascades). Palate is slick and refreshing. Nice effort. Worked really well with the burger.
