KyotoLefty (10194) - Kyoto, JAPAN - APR 1, 2017
As Pepita Pils, at the Firenze pub. PRetty, cloudy gold with a thick head. Malty nose, creamy, melon, orange. Sweet and malty, vanilla, and a touch of DMS. Decent.

romolime (184) - - JUN 1, 2015

Probably the best brew by Mostodolce, "Pepita" is a dry and hoppy Bohemian pilsner, a relief in the summer but also a classic in the winter, as it is available all year round in the Mostodolce pubs.

Per brewer it has changed to a pils style. Smells malty like helles. White head that disappeared quickly. Taste of Continental pils malt and noble hops. Lacks carbonation. Medium dry finish.

Lots of carbonation. Bit cardboard smell. Flowery and hoppy taste. Nice for one time but thats all.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 13, 2013
Bottle @ 2nd tuesday tasting @ de molen. Aroma has some funky and fruity, some cardboard. Flavour is very fizzy funkyfruity madness. Not sure if this is intentional, but it is very nice!

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 13, 2013
Bottle at 2nd tuesday tasting. @ de Molen, hosted by dEnk. Hazy yellow pour, foamy white head. Aroma of flowers, spices, wild yeast and some brett. Flavor is spicy, yeasty and floral with some air freshner but quite natural. Nice balance.

Bottle at the De Molen, second Tuesday tasting, August 2013. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a big frothy white head and loads of carbonation. The aroma is grapefruit citrus leading to a weak sour flavour with some weak zesty acidity on the watery palate and a little bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable, but I won’t be ordering a pint!
