bevuta al salone della birra milano 2008 ambrata buona schiuma persitente note erbacee in bocca ben luppolata mediamente secca nate2g (1548) - Boomtown!, AUSTRALIA - APR 10, 2010
Draught at Mostodolce, Florence. Pours reddish amber with a lasting beige head. Surprisingly hoppy nose of spice, citrus and grassy notes. Flavour is caramel, citrus, spice and grassy hops. Tastes fresh from the tap. Moderate bitterness. A touch cloying in the finish. This has potential - it’s actually quite good. Wolfbass (1190) - Firenze, ITALY - JAN 5, 2011
Il colore è un arancio-rosso con bella schiuma persistente. Al naso leggero malto e decisamente luppolo. Anche in bocca è l’amaro a farla da padrone, molto bilanciato e gradevole. Molto beverina. romolime (184) - - JUN 1, 2015
Buona birra, gusto piacevole. In bocca lascia un sapore amaro, e mostra un buon colore. KyotoLefty (10610) - Kyoto, JAPAN - APR 1, 2017
As Volpe Bock 6.3% at the brewpub. Nose of caramel, bread, malty. Dark brown with orange tints and a low, fine head. Flavor is cherry, a bit sweet, bready malt, dry finish. Good.

On draught at Pasturana Artebirra 2006, I just remember an amber lager of acceptable body, more a Vienna than a bock - maybe I am wrong but I think it was not an ale. emotv (353) - Izmir, TURKEY - FEB 7, 2009
Dark red colour, Have medium top. Very nice fruity aromas. Nice malty taste. Dry and nice mothfeel. Well I really like this micro brewery. The first italian brewery ever visited. People love to drink beer and talk beer there... DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2009
Draught at the tap in Firenze. Scabby Duomo tile terracotta, totally muddy and opaque, thin beige collar to a halo. Earthy malt, yeast, ash and citrus aroma, hazelnut, cwoffee. Again some milk and cereal mealiness, nuthusk, malted milk, sup of coffee dregs, full hop bitterness persisting long after swallow, chocolate wafer, grapefruit, soil. Very alive, very Inglese. Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, MilanFatPhil (16960) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 2, 2010
Hazy amber color. Malty and with some caramel flavors, and a cereal touch. Maybe as a beer it’s not the best, but it has some originality and it’s quite pleasant. Quite sweet too.
tingly nettle retronasals. big on the malt, but a bit harsh on the retronasals
