Light on its feet, this beer is meant to be drinkable and refreshing. Nothing overly complicated here. Just a simple recipe and super clean, mildly bready finish.

355 ml can. "Genesis date" 11.08.2017. Pours clear pale golden color with a large white head. Toasted caramel and toffee on the nose, hay, faiint hops, nutty tones and oat biscuits. Flavor is biscuity, wheaty, sweet toffee notes, toasted oats and subtle grain. Mellow bitterness, soft carbonation, clean, easy. Okay. 4324

Can from Redmond's of Dennistoun. It's a great example of the style - minimal hops with soft bubbles and some sweet honey coming through. Tastes a lot like a lot of Scottish blondes ales!

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2017 Taster at Mother Earth Brew Co. Golden with little white head! Citrus aroma and taste!

A well made blonde. Pretty ample malt, yet still light and sessionable. Lately it seems the lights in alcohol, the more I'm appreciating mother earth beers.

On tap at the brewery pours out a golden straw color top of the white head. Nose is light bread malts A Touch of Spice. Taste is more of the light malts and little hop grass notes.

Can from the mixed pack. Golden blonde pour with a small white head. Smells a little malty sweet and some grain. Tastes mild, but decently layered in flavor for this style. Sweet malts and seemingly a little vanilla... like the Cali Creamin Ale. Light grass and grain. Very easy drinking.

On Tap crystal clear light yellow/golden Find steady bright white head. Faint light pale malt aromas and flavors. Quenching and mellow. Even for a blonde this is low IBU. A little vegetative malt notes.

This was our first stop at a brewery on our way back on he RBSG bud from the hop fields. We had a nice brewery tour. This was tasted at the brewery and poured gold with a white head. Nose of light fruit and clean caramel malts. Light to medium body and a smooth clean mouthfeel. Flavor is smooth sweet malts and light floral, fruit, and citrus notes. Finishes with very light bitterness. i generally have low expectations for this style but this one is spot on. Wonderful drinking.

Draft sample at the source. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. Dough and grainy bready notes. Sweet and doughy as well. Lighter body and medium carbonation.

Clean and bready blonde as advertised. Crisp aroma feel and flavor with a touch of floral and fruity hops atop a crisp grainy breadiness. Better than the majority of the style.
