Bottle. The pour was a hazy medium yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) white fluffy head that lasted a little while and had some nice lacing.
The aroma was super light of a grain malt, grassy and floral hops and a soapy yeast with a hint of lemon.
The taste was lightly sweet and mildly acidic with touch of lemon at first and slightly bitter with a large does of yeast and a hint of citrus at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a yeasty-citrus taste lingering on for a little while.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with the carbonation being rather soft.
Overall this was a nice light refreshing Kölsch. Although nothing special really stuck out it was quite solid for the style.
Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold body with a minimal fizzy white head. The nose is a bit grainy and grassy with some slight honey sweetness, not much in the way of hops. The flavor is rather grainy and soggy tasting with a fairly heavy sweetness on the back end. This isnt a light and quaffable example of the style that Im looking for. It lacks the fruitiness and its mostly lacking in hops. A little heavy and clingy with light carbonation. Meh, pretty poor example of the style. kingaugusta (270) - Georgia, USA - MAY 20, 2017
Pours a very clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is a little sugary sweet with some European hops adding floral character. Mouthful is very light but crispy with lots of carbonation and just enough hops to give it a little bite. Great example of the style and a solid hot weather, easy drinking beer. hman43 (1541) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - MAY 5, 2017

12oz bottle purchased at Whole Foods in Atlanta during a HSS conference. Pours a bright bubbly gold with a lively head of tight white soapy bubbles. Aroma is crisp and clean. Grassy and grainy. Flavors are sharp and biting bitterness with just a bit of sweet grain character. Nice and super drinkable.

Endless River has a very thick, white head, a hazy, golden-straw appearance, and lots of heavy lacing splotches left behind. The aroma is of pungent, spicy hops and pale barley malt. Taste is of sweet, biscuit malt, soda cracker, and bold, grassy hops. Mouthfeel is low-medium, and Endless River finishes crisp and highly drinkable. So this is what a Kolsch tastes like. And I like it ok. I'm an IPA/stout guy but just wondering a bit. Give a try.
