On tap at the brewery pours out a black topped with a tan head. Nose is chocolate bourbon barrel vanilla roast coffee and ash. Taste is more of the chocolate roast malts bourbon barrel goodness.

Bomber bottle. Poured a near black color with an off white head. Roast, chocolate, wood, bourbon, and vanilla. Overall alcohol content well hidden.

Sampled at brewery stop on RBSG Bus trip. Poured near black. Tan head. Nose of roasted malts, chocolate, and vanilla laced with bourbon barrel. Full body. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is nice chocolate and vanilla, ante the bourbon barrel comes in just at the right time. Good. Darn good.

Draft sample at the source. The beer is a dark brown with a khaki head of foam. Boozy, cream, nuts, and chocolate aroma. Sweet and nutty. Nice toffee notes. Big body and medium carbonation.

Sampled at the brewery during RBSG. Dark brown pour, nearly black. Very rich and full aroma of roast, chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon barrel. Heavy taste of roast and balanced sweetness. Chocolate malts, vanilla, and bourbon barrel. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep cola brown with a thin tan head. Warm bourbon and vanilla on the nose, cocoa, roast, chocolate. Medium bodied, vanilla, cocoa, chocolate, roast, ice cream. Malt, roast, slow cocoa. Slow chocolate, nice vanilla tones. Cocoa, vanilla. Roast.

On tap at the brewery, RBSG tour bus stop. Near black pour with small ring of head. Boozy bourbon notes in the aroma, along with the required roast grains, and a bit of vanilla. Slick mouthfeel. Taste features more of the roast grains with nice bourbon flavors, a little heat, and a bittersweet finish.
