Can from Hippo. Not bad. Definitely has the creamy-banana thing going on that makes it a German-style wheat rather than an American wheat ale. But still feels a bit torn between styles...not as chewy and wholesome as it might be, but without the hopped crispness of local peers. Perfectly agreeable mind you.. On tap at growler guys meridian. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light spice some wheat and grain. Taste is more of the nice spice and grain. Towey1989 (2704) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2017
Keg at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon peel, light wheat, some orange and subtle clove. Taste of lemon, orange, a hint of apple, light wheat and some spice. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A sweet, spicy finish. A quite sweet, slightly citrusy wheat beer. Bit flat but drinkable. gegwilson (3676) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 1, 2017
Can from the craft beer advent calendar courtesy of Pix. Cheers! Hazy blond with a big frothy white head. Mild wheat aroma. The taste has a bit of spice with bready yeast and wheat. An OK hefe. Sjohnh (930) - Coventry, West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 25, 2016
Can from Beer Gonzo. Cloudy light gold, no head after a few seconds. Good Hefe nose with a touch of citrus. Medium body, not wheaty enough. Flavour not bad, with orange and lemon alongside some clove spice. Not bad.

Draft. Surprisingly good hefe. Hazy body, small head. The aroma is weak with citrus and even some bacon. The taste is citrusy, with a smooth finish. olio (10167) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 8, 2016
355 ml can (5.0% abv). Canned on 09.03.2016.hayduke (5188) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 11, 2016
Pours hazy golden color with a small, rapidly dissipating head. Lemon and lime on the nose, spicy, herbal, some wheat notes, yeast, mild apricot. Flavor is wheaty, yeasty, some apricot, lemon, spices and earth, distant licorice notes on the aftertaste. Stuffy.
Can shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Pours cloudy gold. White head. Nose of banana and cloves. Hint of lemon. Medium body. Flavor is clove first making this spicy. Then come leman and banana. The banana is in the finish and the clove continues to make this spicy. Overall easy drinking and enjoyable. Strykzone (7305) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - SEP 11, 2016
12 ounce can from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Hazy dingy gold. A fluffy white head. A lemon, clove, banana, and earth aroma and flavor. Light and breezy drinking. A little melon rind and less earth is tasted. Wheat, too. Lemongrass and bitterness comes late and grows and there are nice malts underneath. I saw some previous scores and like this a lot more than others. This is up there with the classic German brewery offerings. bhensonb (15088) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 21, 2016
Can from Hayduke. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma is phenolic, but it’s not really clove to me. Med minus body. Flavor is phenolic, a bit of clove, struggling to get banana. Rather dry, not bitter, but the phenolics help with that lack.Big gulp reveals banana, and apparently some wheat. Guess it is not to be sipped.
