COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This DIPA is a bad ass. Straight up. It’s hopiness isn’t just limited to the floral nose or lingering bitterness but a full hop flavor all the way through your palate. We bitter with a Super Alpha, and follow it up with a few flavoring additions throughout the boil. A massive dry hop of Simcoe and Amarillo create a huge aroma profile that really comes through in a big way.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small cream colour head. Dank hoppy nose, spicy fruits too. Palate is light and slightly soft, modest fine carbonation. Malts provide a little cream but they are not that sweet. Spicy dank hops, strong dankness. Ripe tropical fruits underneath. Piney dank finish. Dank!

Can from The Needle & Pin, Loughborough. Cloudy orange with nice white head. The Simcoe and Amarillo are evident in the big citrus fruity aroma. Hoppy, bitter, dry and spicy in the taste. Full bodied, quite highly carbonated, some late warmth in the hoppy bitter finish. Most enjoyable.

Can, The Offie, Leicester. Golden brown with an off white foam. Resinous pine with woody and grassy notes. Toffee with a peppery and boozy finish. Good but lacks the tropical fruit I liked in boo koo.

A nice aggressive IPA, you can taste the extra alcohol in this one compared to the bookoo . Good but I’d probably drink the bookoo almost every time

22 oz bottle obtained through Tavour. Mother Earth Hop Diggity is a Dark copper, slightly hazy beer featuring a good head of white medium sized bubbles. Nose is a bit of a mixed palate of hop aromas including grassy, evergreen and a bit of melon. Taste is bright, hoppy, bitter and dry all at once. The body is lively from the first sip. My first though was wow, and I was more impressed as the taste evolved across my palate. this is a really well done DIPA. I wish I had more.

Hazy copper color with orange-tinged head. Aroma huge and flowery, grassy, and with some sweet caramel/toffee notes. Taste is big, bold, and bitter. The bitterness kinda hids more delicate flavors, which makes it hard to make them out, but I suppose this is part of the style. If you like DIPAs, you’d like this one.
