Made with hops grown in the good ’ol USA... you’ll proudly support American farmers when you drink beer! Light copper in color, it has an intense hop aroma and strong hop bitterness. Our hopback process uses fresh hop cones to take this IPA to unexpected placed. Prepare for a mouthful of flavor.

A: The pour is a lightly hazed golden-amber color color with a tall off-white head. S: Sort of a bland aroma. There is some grass, a light floral note, and minimal citrus peel notes. There is a fair amount of sweet malt and bread to it, and just a very light grapefruit. Strangely, a touch of celery. T: Light pine is there first with the strange celery flavor following. A bit of citrus peel along with sweet malt and bread. A little bit of additional sweetness in the form of toffee. There is just a mild bitterness. M: Medium in body body and carbonation. O: Just a mediocre IPA. Not very good hop character to it.

A turbid ale with a thicj frothy off white head. In aroma, a musty herbal hops with doughy notes and light tropical fruits. In mouth, a sweet doughy malt with tropical fruits, papaya, floral hops, orange pulp. Cask at Twin City Brewfest, August 13 2011.

Salty, hoppy aroma. Copper yellow with a 2smallish inch white head. Palate coating balanced malty and mildly hoppy flavor. Beautiful white lace. Heavy hoppy pleasurable aroma and flavor. Amen.

A balanced, though still bitter and hoppy, IPA. Not strongly floral in nature. A bit sweet with a bold rather than crisp finish.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine Charlotte Park Town Village, opened 4/6/11. Pours a clear golden color with a medioum sized creamy offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bitter hops with some floral notes. The taste is leafy, bitter hops, some resiny notes and a citrus finish, along with some caramel malts. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy amber color with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of hops. The flavor is fairly sweet with a decent hops bitterness Easy to drink but not my favorite IPA.

Orange pour with white head. Aroma of light citrus. Flavor is dry caramel malt with a light perfumy bitter. A bit thin with decent carbonation. A pretty decent drinker.

12 ounce bottle thanks to SpencerDB. Pours a clear orange color with a large white head. The aroma is sweet tea, oranges, herbal notes and biscuit. The flavor is a robust IPA: sweet earthy citrus and lingering bitterness in the finish, lots of biscuit and some marmalade. Nice.
