Tallahassee, Fl - Proof Friday night tasting - 12 oz bottle. Light gold pour, snow white head. Banana aroma with some clove notes. Flavor has some bubble gum notes, a hint of cloves and a bit of lemon. Clean, even mouthfeel. norsedoc (248) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2011
12 oz. Like it says, pours a hazy gold with white head. Spicy and aromatic. The citrus is quite refreshing on a hot day. Lightly hopped, clean crystal malt. The spice predominates, but isn’t overwhelming. steadyj (87) - Kentucky, USA - MAY 23, 2011
Bottle on vacation in NC. Pours a hazy golden color with a small head. Citrus and orange zest. Straight forward and simple but goes great with the warm weather. Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - MAY 11, 2011
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with a white head and slim head retention. Aromatically wheat and coriander but still a bit mute. Light husky and grain with citrus under tone sweetness. Mild soft body with a light sweetness and hint of spice in the finish. Rather average. JoeMcPhee (9553) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 26, 2011
Tap at Blind Tiger Local Food Bash. Hazy yellow straw pour. Spicy aroma with notes of lemon and coriander. Lots of zesty lemon peel. Fresh and clean - it’s a pretty decent wit.

12 oz. bottle from emacgee- thanks again, Ethan! Pours a light, bright yellow color, just a little cloudy in the thickest part of the glass with a small, bubbly white head. Aroma of coriander, pepper, lemongrass, citrus peel, and sweet, bready malts. Flavor of coriander, lemongrass, sweet malts, pepper, straw, and minerals. Light-medium bodied, with sharp carbonation and a spicy mouthfeel. Decent Belgian white, and a slightly different than normal take on the style. tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - DEC 24, 2010
12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is zest, crackers, and some faint yeasty spice. The flavor is clean, tart citrus with a noticeable coriander hint. Kind of a cracker-dough malt profile sits in the background. Not too shabby. CanIHave4Beers (4227) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - DEC 2, 2010
Pours a golden color with a big white head and some small bit of lace. The aroma is fruity with tons of suntan lotion. There is some orange peel and coriander, perhaps more explicitly & identifiably present than in most wits I’ve tried. There is some lavender that becomes more apparent as it warms. The flavor is dry and has the character of lavender throughout. The beer is pretty herbally bitter and the fruitiness is very well under control. This beer is far bitterer than it is sweet. chandler0201 (650) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - DEC 2, 2010
Golden pour a very small white head and some lacing. Coriander and spices in the aroma and flavor, some orange peel and citrus notes and hint of spice in the finish. Heavy for the style, which is a good thing. Heathen (1500) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - DEC 1, 2010
THOUGHTS: It had a rather full mouthfeel. Nice wit. It was a little heavy on the coriander which hurt the flavor a bit, but it made for a beautiful aroma.
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a murky, light to medium, milky yellow with an average, white head that kept a nice sheet and left barely fair lacing. It also had tiny to small particles in the body of an average density. THe aroma had lots of coriander; a little lemon; and some orange, but mostly it was just coriander. The initial flavor was acidic, slightly bitter and slightly sweet; while the finish was light to moderately sweet, acidic, lightly bitter and slightly sour with and average to long duration. There was some coriander, a little orange, lemon, wheat, yeast, coriander and more coriander. The light to medium body was leaning to medium. It was also sort of creamy and then rather dry with fizzy carbonation and a dry and slightly chalky finish.
