On tap in Charlotte. Poured a light hazy yellow, nice white head. Aroma of wheat, faint orange, slight coriander, in balance. Flavor matches. Essentially a textbook wit. Very nice. Somehow wish it had a bit more oomph, maybe a bit more of a wheat body (add some oats?), but hard to complain. Well done. jredmond (8284) - New York, New York, USA - JAN 9, 2016
Bottle shared with Scarlett. Pours a hazy golden body with notes of soft citrus, wheat and gentle spice. No gross banana or clove character, which is great. islay (2734) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 11, 2015
12 oz. bottle, consumed on 10-11-15. Pours a hazy, highly effervescent, pale brass with a moderate amount of cream-colored head. Nice haze, pleasant color, even better effervescence: Many small, fast-rising bubbles. Very pleasant, wheaten aroma features scents of bubblegum, orange, lemon, and lime. Very good yeastiness in the smell. Appealing, strong aroma. Almost a funkiness to the smell, in a good way. Inoffensive but boring, light, wheaten taste features a mineral flavor. Big disparity between fun anticipation of the aroma and boring reality of the flavor, as is all too common in wheat styles. Light body. Smooth in the palate. Excessively aqueous and boring palate effects. Gets off to a good start in aroma and appearance but inevitably disappoints in flavor in palate. In other words, it’s a witbier. Hazy light gold with a small white head.
Sweet grain malt flavour......not very citrusy....not very lively.
Forgettable, at best. lobosaintori (89) - - SEP 2, 2015
name and label reminded me of a large willow in my property as a kid unfortunately the beer wont be creating such fond memories. Pours an extremely pale gold reminiscent of apple cider. Has a very light lemony granny smith apple and wheat flavor. extremely light aroma. A tiny bit of bitterness finishes almost as soon as it starts. some carbonation but virtually no head.

Bottle. Lactic lemon, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Sweet milky lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw flavor. Light body. Okay but pretty bland. bnwokedi89 (106) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 8, 2015
Medium to no strong aroma. Pours out golden yellow like a typical wit beer. Decent sized head at the top of the beer. Light orange flavored taste that is perfect for a summer beer on the porch.

Alisa brought this one back for me from a trip to North Carolina. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was egg white, dust, lemon and cracker. The flavor was musty, pepper, coriander, yeast and sweet honey. Long finish. Medium body. Solid. Bottle at dinner in Nags Head. Hazy orange yellow. Tart orange flavor, fairly sweet. More like an American wheat than a wit, lacking Belgian yeast flavor or any spicy character. Bland and kind of uninteresting. jcr (2705) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - JUN 14, 2015
Draft. Cloudy yellow body, white head. Aroma of coriander, toasted grain, soap, floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly tart. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Gummy in the mouth with a soapy aftertaste. Light coriander taste.
