COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer style is over 400 years old, and continues to enjoy overwhelming popularity. Offering low hop bitterness, it is easy to enjoy. It pours very hazy, with a light gold color... we say it’s like summertime in a glass. Bitter orange peel and fresh coriander add zest and depth to this light, refreshing beer.

Bottle. I don’t get any aroma from it, either the bottle or the glass. No head, golden yellow color. Tastes alright, smooth, light to moderate carbonation. Floral maybe, and citrus taste. Not a fan, kind of average.

Multiple 12oz bottles consumed at a wedding in NC this past weekend. Poured a light golden color with a small white head. Aroma was notes of light grain, sweet, crispness, light orange notes. Flavor was light sweet zesty notes, wheat, and a little tartness. Perhaps not my first choice, but it quenched my thirst when it was nearly 100 degrees and I had to wear a tux for an outdoor wedding.

Appearance: cloudy yellow color ... White head ... Came on draft, slightly translucent Aroma: slight funk smell, lemony, citrus Taste: citrusy flavor, the flavor of the sip comes toward the end, slightly funky but I'm a good way Palette: carbonation on tongue, light body beer slight bitterness at end but very subtle Overall: this is a very tasty beer and I would definitely get again ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Refreshing taste, but lingering citrus afterburn. A little too strong on the citrus notes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not a big fan of wit beers, but this has an interesting lemony/coriander kind of spiciness. Served very cold, it would be a great summer drinker with grilled fish, barbeque, or Mexican fare.

Comes together great for style. Coriander and floral yeast, bread yeast. Cloudy golden with good head and lacing. Finishes with light and sweet sourness, some citrus as well. Tap at Summerfest DC.
