COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer style is over 400 years old, and continues to enjoy overwhelming popularity. Offering low hop bitterness, it is easy to enjoy. It pours very hazy, with a light gold color... we say it’s like summertime in a glass. Bitter orange peel and fresh coriander add zest and depth to this light, refreshing beer.

Bottle at Paradiso Dupont. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma of crlery salt. Taste is black pepper, hay, grass. Odd.

Brewgrass 2012 - pours hazy straw with a wispy head. Nose of dank musty grains. Sweet malt, wheat, lemon and finishes with a tiny pepper. Crisp finish with a zesty body, almost seltzery palate. Decent in hot weather. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A bit watery ok flavor. Good yeast for a wit beer no lemon average. Nice cloud and head ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled on 06/23/12
Tasted on 8/10/12 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Bruisin’ Ales. Pours hazy golden/yellow with an average white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is light wheat malt with zesty orange peel and coriander, very nice and balanced. The flavor is the same, really driven by the bittersweet orange peel, with the coriander spices taking a back seat along with the wheat malt. The body is light with a somewhat sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a long spicy and bittersweet orange peel finish. This is a very nice Witbier.

Bottled. Well it’s a simple brew , but it’s supposed to be for the style. Some notes of wheat , corriander , citrus / lemon and mild hop. A nice little bitter finish. Not bad.

Aroma is a little wheat and spice. Taste is disappointingly bland and a little skunky. Overall not what I hoped for.

12 oz. bottle. Pours pale, hazy yellow with a small, white head and good lacing. The aroma is lemon peels, coriander, hay, and bread dough. The flavor is sweet and citrusy, with faint bitterness in the finish. The palate is light to medium, crisp and a little grainy. This is a surprisingly delicious witbier. Light, refreshing, and yet still delicious and yeasty. Very nice.
