Rated at Brew Bern 2012. This one was one of my least favorite beers I had here. It seemed a bit like fermented meh. It was a little skunky to me and made me not very happy. jrob21 (3690) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUN 9, 2012
Bottle into pint glass. Hazy yellow with big white head. Nice body here with some banana and lots of spice in the flavor. Finish has a touchy of lemon and more cinnamon and pepper. A bigger bodied and decently spiced version of this style. SSSteve (4006) - - JUN 8, 2012
Bottle. Hazy gold with a white head. White grapefruit and vanilla nose. Lightly tart flavor with lemon and grapefruit. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 8, 2012
Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Citrus nose with banana notes. Med body with fruit esters, wheat and a light citrus bitterness. Average finish with yeast esters lingering. arventresca (567) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 31, 2012
At the brewery. Not the biggest fan of the style, but this was a nice refreshing cloudy Wit.

Very cloudy yellow with thin white lacing. Smells like tomato and corriander. More of the same on the palate, which is light and refreshing with a hint of citrus on the back palate. Tasty. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAY 14, 2012
Bottle. Hazy orange golden with a small white head. Nose is citrus zest, grain, light spices. Flavor is similar. Pretty good. bmerz (741) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 3, 2012
Draught. Pretty good for an American wit. Bright clear gold/yellow. Aroma of orange, a little coriander and grain. Moderately Sweet orange and coriander taste with a little pithy bitterness. Very refreshing mouthfeel. Quite enjoyable. Onenote81 (1002) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - APR 27, 2012
Originally reviewed: 6/17/10. 12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Pours a clear pale gold with a thin white head on top. No retention; no lace. Scents of salt water taffy, bubblegum, orange zest, and light grains.
The mouth is crisp and effervescent. Very good flavors of lemon, tart yeast, white bread, with a semi-sweet finish. Admittedly, this is not one of my favorite styles, but I am enjoying it more and more. This one is a good representation, IMO. Tart and refreshing. Recommend. Draft. Super hazy rainbow yellow. White head if it really had a head. A true wit taste. Not my favorite but it's a beer. Worthy of a try after drinking all night.
