A pretty solid imperial black IPA. Takes the “imperial” designation seriously. Had a glass of this watching the KU-Seton Hall game at the Phoenix Airport in 2018, and by the end I really felt the effects. The game might’ve contributed to that feeling as well. Dark and roasty, sharp pine bitterness and thick chocolate foundation. jfriedrich (23) - USA - FEB 12, 2018

Can, brought back from Arizona by Lalitha. Deep brown black colour, white foam. Slightly roasty dark malty, hint of charring, then lots of bitter piney hops. Quite big flavours both sides. Sits quite well. Nice, enjoyed it. DuffMan (10983) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 28, 2016
Bottle. Near black pour, very hearty looking. Chocolate and roast and juicy tropical fruit and piney hops all in good balance, very drinkable. I wasn’t impressed by their kölsch, so this was a nice surprise. mcberko (20482) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
