Really pretty to look at - brilliant golden pour with a rich white head. Medium spotted lacing. Nose is earthy, umami, slightly spicy (smoked paprika, black pepper and fennel), while the taste matches with citrus and funky overtones. It tastes like springtime in many ways. A very nice, if unspectacular beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, funk and malts. Taste is yeast, malts and a slight bitterness.

Pours a honey gold, clear color. Big frothy foamy head at the top, about two fingers, that lasts. Lots of lacing. I love unfiltered beers, but I’m not seeing any floaty stuff in the glass. I like the visual of stuff floating around in there, otherwise I would have given it a perfect score for appearance.

Aroma is fruity and spicy. Coriander is very heavy on the nose, maybe some pepper, maybe some hops. It’s also fruity, but I can’t identify the fruit.

Tastes heavy in coriander. spicy, slightly bitter.

Mouthfeel is medium-light. It finishes slightly bitter. I like it a lot, but there’s something about the finish.

Overall, I think this is excellent. It’s very tasty. It’s different. You just have to try it to understand it. I would totally drink it again. I still have lacing and head from the beginning. I probably should rate it higher.

Golden with white head. Aroma has some sour grainy notes. Taste- taste is equally grainy with some wheat and slight sourness. Pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear gold with a fluffy white head nice lacing. Aroma is lemon zest, fresh cut grass, floral notes. The flavor is light, refreshing, citrus, and floral notes. Very clean finish.

Not a fabulous farmhouse, but its pretty good. Standard citrus and floral aroma, lots of wheaty slick mouthfeel, and a bitter sharpness at the end.

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a large, lasting white froth. Plenty of saison yeast on the nose with notes of tangy lemon, straw, dried cereal, wheat. Light sweet flavor with lightly tangy lemon notes, hints of plastic, straw, dry grains, white bread, lemon rind, faint grass. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes with some lightly sweet, dried wheat bread, grains, fairly prominent saison yeast, bitter hay and grass. Very slight astringency, some lemon zest in the aftertaste. Drinkable enough.

Bottle from Keir, thanks man! Cloudy yellow pour with one finger of white light head. Aroma is citrus, light funk, and some mild sweetness, nice. Taste is light pepper, mild citrus with prickly carbonation, the finish is fairly dry with a bit of an slight dry bitter aftertaste. Not bad.

deyholla (12590) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 8, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy light gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of light fruit and flora with some sweet grains and grass. Flavor is much lighter on the flora and fruit. It has more sweet grains and grass.

RABinCO (1511) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAR 22, 2014
Bottle from russelcrow. Pours gold, slight white head. Spicy, sweet aroma. Taste is butter, sugar, pepper with a pineapple and earthy finish. Lots of clashing flavors.
