From the bottle: Dark brown coffee color with about an inch of tan foam, settling into a thin soapy sheet. Definite aroma of coffee, caramel, cream. The flavor is the same. Nice coffee flavor, slightly bittersweet with caramel. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Good stuff with no overbearing alcohol or sweetness. Tastes like coffee beer :) AirForceHops (7693) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 23, 2014
12 oz. bottle thanks to GrandaddyKC. Neck stamp date of 10/28/14. Dark black color, with fast vanishing tan head. Aroma is black coffee with roasted barley. The front of the sip shows a large amount of roasted coffee followed by caramel and some bitterness in the back to help balance. Body is lean but that is ok because it is only 6% ABV. Very coffee forward. Extremely drinkable coffee stout, thanks Brad!

12 oz can. Tasted on 10/11/14. Beer courtesy of Espo. The beer had a great coffee or light espresso with rich dark chocolate notes. The taste was great & had a nice balance of dark malts & chocolate. The beer finished smooth & clean. Great beer even after drinking a Breakfast Stout.

12 oz. bottle from foppa78 - thanks again, Mat! Good to have a new MO bottle in my hands. Pours a deep coffee brown with a moderate beige head that leaves some uneven lace and settles into a ring and film. Aroma of espresso, dark chocolate, earth, toast - pretty straightforward coffee stout nose. Flavor of espresso, roast, toast, earth, dark fruit, and mellow spice. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a mouthfeel that simulates cold-pressed coffee pretty well. Good coffee stout. kbudd19 (1019) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 27, 2014
Bottle from Keir, thanks buddy! Black pour, not overly thick looking, with a thin layer of off colour head. Aroma, coffee, vanilla, roasted malts and a bit of nuttiness. Taste is slight roast up front, followed by some slight vanilla sweetness with a bitter sweet finish. Tasty brew.

12 oz bottle. Appearance is dark chocolate with a tan head that quickly fades. Aroma is espresso on the nose. Taste is espresso and chocolate with a dry finish. Overall is a very good beer with plenty of coffee and malt to balance the beer.

Dark brown pour with a tan head. The aroma has some strong coffee and chocolate notes. The flavor is full of coffee, cream, chocolate and roasted malt. Very nice overall. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Good coffee beer. mcnealc31 (255) - Elida, Ohio, USA - FEB 28, 2014
Strong coffee and not much else in the aroma, as it should be. A little bite from the carbonation. The coffee flavor is a bit mellower than the aroma would have you expect, but it lingers. Oatmeal in the background. Bitterness more from coffee than hops.
Straightforward coffee stout. Not much else going on other than the coffee. I’m not saying that’s bad, but that’s what it is. rayjaycaliente (2) - - FEB 7, 2014 does not count
Wonderful aroma from this beer. Great quality coffee put into this, too. Stout, yet somehow refreshing. Crisp and clean. Mouth feel a tad light. jdskinns (220) - South Roxana, Illinois, USA - JAN 24, 2014
Bottle. Pours black with fizzy brown head. Aroma is coffee, malt, sweet, mothballs. Taste is heavy on the coffee, bitter, with some sweetness. Very fizzy. Medium body.
