On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of biscuit, sweet grains and a bit of earthy pine. Flavor is biscuit forward with grains and earthy pine supporting.

Tap. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting and produced good lacing. Moderate hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. This beer met my expectations.

Bottle at UFO Factory. Slight hazy light golden with very big fluffy white head. Grapefruit, light mineral, grassy, pils malts, orange. Quite grassy and lots of grapefruit zest overpower the malts. Under medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied with a light dry touch of quite some carbonation.

First sip was very good. Then a bit metallic on the tongue after. Heavy grapefruit taste.

A malfy ipa that’s surprisingly a bit thin at 7%. Decent pour w/ a good hop aroma. It tastes more malfy than bitter which isn’t a bad thing. The complexity isn’t there but it is rather drinkable. Decent overall.

Starts out very balanced and finishes dry. Good cold. Gets a little malty as it warms up.

dmac (6392) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - MAY 28, 2015
12oz bottle from Canal’s Rio Grande. Poured a deep honey orange body with a huge ever growing foamy off white head. Aroma is honey, wild flowers, hint of lemon and lime. Flavor is the same along with honey topped toast. Body is bad, carbonation is so super fizzy that it’s almost hard to drink. This sucks, needs some QC on the carbonation issue.

jksipa (993) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - APR 29, 2015
Cloudy medium orange amber with a small white head that leaves some tight lace. Bready malt and honey and medium citrus on the nose with grapefruit dominant. Lightly sweet with a medium bitterness (not really picking up 85 IBUs). Medium- slick with average carbonation. OK.

TheJester (2542) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 18, 2015
355 mL bottle. Gold, just a film of head, and lots of sediment. Which is unexpected in an IPA. The aroma is far more impressive, with a nice blend of citrus and resin. The flavour is more restrained, with the hop flavours not separating themselves until near the end. Followed by bitterness, which is perhaps a 4/10 for the style. Not much to look at, but a passable IPA. There are much better ones out there, however.

Bottle. Pours gold white head. Nose/taste of lemon, grass, earthy pine and caramel malt. Medium body.
