Tap @ the brew pub. Pours a dark brown with an off-white head. Nose is coffee, cinnamon, milk chocolate, and a hint of licorice. Flavor is similar with milk chocolate really coming through with the coffee and leaving a hint of licorice around. Interesting medium-bodied stout.

Black in color with a tan head. Nice piney hop taste blending to a roasted stout flavor. Slightly hopped and roasted aroma.

Tap. Black body that is maroon on the sides when held aloft with a grey brown head. Smells of light roast wit a bit of honey and light chocolate. Nice balancing roast flavor with a chocolate back bone. Good moderate hop levels. A go to when it is on to satisfy my stout needs

On tap at Mtn Sun. Pours a very dark, opaque brown, nearly black, with a half finger of light brown head. Good retention and lots of lacing. Aroma is roasted, malty, caramel/coffee/dark chocolate. Slightly roasted and nutty up front, quickly fading into a mild citrus hoppiness. Finishes with stronger malty, roasted tones with hints of coffee and cocoa. Moderate carbonation and a medium body. Dark black pour with thin tan head on tap at Vine St, aroma brought notes of nice rich cocoa and charred malts, hints of espresso bean as well with a slight dark fruit note before getting the resinous hops come through. Taste is fairly well put together, nice bitter pine and resin up front into a sweet caramel, chocolate and slight dark fruit with a roasted, hoppy finish that go well together.
