UPDATED: NOV 3, 2008 Draft. Labelled Ruckus Wheat but I think this is actually the beer I was served. Proper cloudy medium orange body with a white head. Flavor is primarily perfumed detergent and floral creamed oranges. Seems like it could be tyring for a wit, regardless, it’s just not good in any respect. Perfume heavy potpourri makes it very difficult to choke down. There is some resemblance of hefeweizen yeast, the clove, the banana, some fruit, but overall it’s far too soapy and it reeks of perfume.

having beers with lumpy. damn i missed this. yellow with a thin film. floral spiced notes: chamomille? lavender? corriander? GofP? i don’t know, but i fucking like it. well balanced with the right amount of sweetness. this would be perfect on a hot summer day. 4 7 8 5 17

Tap @ Mountain sun: Poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Mild spicy and clovey aroma. Some banana and herbal notes. Wheaty citrus. Mild banana start to the flavor. Wheaty middle and big banana finish. Semi-dry with a hint of clove on the finish.

On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Pours a hazy pale golden with a frothy, nicely-lacing white head. Doughy lemony citrus nose has some cinnamon notes and mild coriander. Starts with a lightly sweet biscuity pale malty flavor and a smooth citrusy balance toward a drinkable finish. A nice witbier.

Tap. A heavy mouth numbing wheat ale. Full bodied with a cloudy orange/yellow glow. A small foamy white head is present as well.

On tap at the Mountain Sun Brew Pub. Poured a medium golden yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of coriander, lemons, and roasted grains. Tastes of wheat, corander and citrus.

Draught. Head is fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with light notes of coriander, clove, and lemon zest. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A nice example of the style, though a bit light in the aroma department. Good.
