On draft at Mountain Sun. I didn’t find this one all that exciting but it seemed very fitting, given the weather, which was a scorcher. Slipstream (2663) - USA - JUN 30, 2012
On tap at the Mountain Sun brewpub. A pretty standard dry wit, with some clove and wheat flavor. Good. dnstone (3455) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - MAY 9, 2012
Pale golden in color with whispy white head. Straw like and Belgian yeast aroma. Slight citrus notes and light palate.
Notes: Pub visit during ’09 GABF FunkyBrewster (1518) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 30, 2011
On tap at the pub. Pours cloudy bright orange yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, citric, yeasty, a touch of bready grain. Flavor is the same, the citric comes out nicely, a bit too much though as it warms, almost a bit orange juicy, but really refreshing. Finishing a bit grainy and yeasty, still crisp citric. Light medium to medium body and a sharp carbonation. Not bad, good for a hot day. cubs (10677) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 15, 2011
On tap @ Vine Street. Chalky white/yellow appearance with a white head. Orange peel, yeasty, light wheat malty nose. Quite light bodied wheat ale with orange peel, light coriander, and yeasty elements and a touch citrusy. Chalky, yeasty aftertaste. Not too bad but really boring and uninspired.
