3fourths (9331) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 13, 2015
Draft at the brewery. Lightly hazed orange-gold with a thin white head. Fruity, spicy, herbal (thyme, lavender, mint), green hoppiness; malt is lightly toast and grainy. Medium bodied, sticky, highly bitter with moderate sweetness, finishing with notes of orange marmalade, raw hop pellet, apple butter, yeast. Like the pale ale this one is pretty basic as well, overly bitter, muted expression. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - MAY 26, 2015

Draft at the brewery; GABF weekend, 2014. Bright citrus and flowery hops. Gold color. Lightly sweet but hops are dominant. Great aroma, which is the highlight of this beer. Flavor is not as full bodied as I expected from the aroma. DrunkSanta410 (921) - Houston, Texas, USA - AUG 2, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Pours a copper orange color with light head. Nice looking pour. Aroma is piney hops, some resin, fresh cut grass. Taste is pine, slight citrus, caramel malts. Sample at the taproom. Clear orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall. ajnepple (6417) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 23, 2013
On tap at Mountain Toad. Golden-orange and clear with a white head. Bitter hops, toasted malts, citrus fruits, pine, light caramel and grass. Medium body with a dry feel and a lingering, refreshing finish. HighlandsBeerGuy (21) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 15, 2013
This beer pours a yellowish orange. The aroma is citrusy and floral. The palate is medium body. The taste had flavors of citrus and pineapple with bitterness but a smooth finish. This is a good IPA and one that is perfect to drink on a nice afternoon at the brewery.

12 oz at the brewery. Listed at 7.3 abv. Pours a fairly crystalline amber with a small white head. Very hoppy aroma with lots of tropical notes. Pineapple and mango all over with a little grapefruit. The palate is nice, slick and medium full. Plenty of tangy hop notes with notes of pineapple, mango, oranges, etc. Not really dank or resinous. This is a great flavorful and drinkable higher octane ale for a 90 degree day like today. bubbleflubber (2210) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - JUL 18, 2013
On draught at the brewery, this pours orange-amber into the glass, with a soapy head that leaves sudsy lacing. The nose is citric and floral. Flavors of citrus, pine needles, caramel, orange and nice bitters to back the finish. Medium-bodied with a highly drinkable, almost juicy plate, this is a wonderful IPA.
