Gravity cask at the Rake - London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a bubbly, white head. The aroma holds simple doughy white bread, with lemony accents. Light-medium sweet flavour with more basic white bread, lemon meringue, mild bitter straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Sweet finish with nice pale grains, white bread, more citrusy notes. Quite simplistic overall, but plenty drinkable.
