zacgillbanks (5128) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2017
Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Metrocentre, Gateshead. Red-amber in colour with a thin white head. It has a red fruit, citrus and nutty flavour followed by currants, malt and roasted notes on the finish. Not bad.

evergreen0199 (3323) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2017
Bottle from M&S in Rickmansworth, Herts. A dark ruby/brown coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Fruity, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes fruity, malty, caramel, quite bitter and harsh. Not an easy beer to drink at all.

2.6
culchiem (3929) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 19, 2017
Bottle from M&S. Mahogony with a tan head. Aroma of toasted malt and biscuit. Flavour of bitter hop and malt, metallic background, sour bitter finish.

Very dry hops red ale. Quite simple with malts and a sharp bitterness. Ok. Bit fizzy too. Chemical touch and unbalanced too

Theydon_Bois (19200) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2017
Bottle at home, 22/04/17. Rich reddish amber with a well appointed light beige head that retains well ….a handsome looking beer ! Nose is blood orange, melon, toasted malts, biscuit, light caramel, fruit esters. Taste comprises bitter orange, citric peel, toasted bread, light spice, trace of minerality, biscuit malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with semi astringent bitterness. Looks and feels good but lacks at the business end. Nothing wrong with this brew but comes across as a ‘gateway’ kind of beer, however it is a touch bitter and harsh in this respect. Average fayre.

Idiosynkrasie (7436) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 22, 2017
330ml bottle. Clear, russet colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Mellow malty and slightly fruity hoppy aroma, notes of red berries, lingonberry, hints of bramble, a touch of sweat, butter and dried mushrooms. Taste is moderately sweet malty, fruity hoppy, leafy, notes of red berries, lingonberry; oily texture, soft and smooth palate.

Benzai (15486) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - MAR 9, 2017
Bottle shared by Beersiveknown @ tasting at his place. Huge thanks Steve! Very nice clear dark red color, average sized off-white to beige head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, old hops, faded hoppiness slightly turned into butter. Flavor has it as well, though a bit less obvious. Could have been decent when fresh.

gegwilson (3676) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2016
Bottle from Flavourly beer club. Pours ruby with a thin cream head. Sligtly musty grain aronma. The taste has toasty malts, caramel and a bitter metallic finish. There’s plenty of flavour, but it’s all over the place. Fairly hard work.
