Tap at Mousel’s Cantine, Luxembourg City. Served in an opaque tankard but appears yellow under a frothy white head. Honey and fruits to the aroma. Near apple and banana but not fully there. Taste has similar elements. Good to wash down the traditional Luxembourg food here. Koelschtrinker (20782) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 3, 2013
Angenehm herber Antrunk, wenig würzig. Dezent hopfig, angenehm bitter werdend. Spritzig, frisch hopfig bitteres Finish. 12/11/11/11//11 olsvammel (7257) - Örebro, SWEDEN - AUG 29, 2011
On tap at in Luxembourg. It was served in a clay mugg so not sure about the looks, but looked like a cloudy yellow liquid and white head. Fresh taste and very easy to drink. Smooth and lean body and low to medium amount of carbonation. Very nice beer with food as well. RoyceH (1199) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - MAR 11, 2011
Draught at one of my many visits to the Mousel Cantine. Massive fluffy white head, cloudy yellow beneath. Slightly malty, grassy aroma, some fresh hoppiness. Malty with some fresh fruit, easy drinking, bit yeasty, clean and slightly citric towards the end. On its own, a good beer, drank at the Mousel cantine, with massive amounts of pork and broad beans, absolutely brilliant. stfrancis (56) - Heffingen, LUXEMBOURG - AUG 27, 2009
Tasted at the Cafe Zeutzius, Lux. Light golden haze colour, white head. Taste was of citrus, malts. Refreshing and interesting beer.

Tasted on tap at the Mousel Cantina in the Clausen section of Luxembourg City. What a great restaurant, authentic Luxembourgish food and a nice beer.
Beer was served in a nice worn ceramic Mousel mug. Huge fluffy white head with a floral nose with some lemon notes. Taste is more of the same with some floral and herbal tastes as well. Citrus tones and a slight bitterness on the back end. Easy drinking beer and it paired well with my meat and frites. shrubber85 (11508) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - APR 19, 2008
Tap at Cafe Zeutzius in krug (stein). Light malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with large white head. Clean, crisp barley malt flavor with moderate carbonation with subtle lemon flavor and light sweetness. More subtle than its German counterparts but nicely drinkable - goes down smooth. Wish this were more widely available as it is a joy to drink. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 17, 2007
Served in stein from the brewery tap, Cantine Mousel, Luxembourg. Solid foam. Grassy aroma on a sweet malty base. Flavours are predominantly sweet, yet still balanced. Good carbonation, medium body. All in all, an agreeable enough kellerbier. JorisPPattyn (10061) - BELGIUM - MAR 11, 2007
Draught Served in "Stein"; huge dense white head. Yeasty nose, quite spicey (root spices, nutmeg). Again spicey-yeasty flavours and a lot of sweet malts, even a bit lightly coloured malts. A bit, even when sparse, meaty esters. Very creamy MF, yeast filling in. A very unusual Pilsner, well worth seeking out. A personal lager favourite since years. thomat (3986) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2006
